6. Delayed Deliveries

7. Failed Delivery

If the shipment is eventually returned to T33KITOKI, the customer may be required to contact us regarding reshipping or refund options.
Any applicable additional shipping or return-to-origin charges may be deducted or charged where permitted and as applicable to the order.
8. Damaged Package or Product
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos or videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the received package and products so that we can investigate and assist you.

Some products or locations may have shipping restrictions depending on product type, courier availability, or applicable laws and regulations.
If we are unable to deliver an order to the provided location, we may contact the customer regarding available options or cancel the order and process the applicable refund.
